Choose iOS
Tap the iPhone download button. The phone reports that a website wants to download a configuration profile.
Install the profile
Open Settings, open the downloaded profile, read what it contains, tap Install and enter your passcode.
Trust the developer
Go to Settings › General, find the device management section (its name changes between iOS versions), pick the developer name and tap Trust.
Open the app
The icon appears on your home screen. Log in with your existing account.
Read the risk section below before steps three and four. You can stop at any step and use the website in Safari instead.
Configuration profiles on iPhone: the risks
An app installed through a configuration profile skips App Store review. Tapping Trust lets your iPhone run software signed by that developer. Depending on the kind of profile, whoever issued it may also get control over some settings on the device.
The profile screen lists everything the profile contains before you agree. Read the whole list instead of skimming: it is the one place iPhone shows you what a profile will touch.
Removing the profile later
Go to Settings › General, open the device management section, select the profile and tap Remove. The app tied to it stops working. Your balance is kept in the account on the bookmaker's system, not inside the app, so removing the app normally costs you nothing. Before you remove it, screenshot the balance and transaction history so you have something to compare against.
